Why the one-month plan has the same list as the twelve-month plan
Holding channels back to push people onto a longer plan is not something we do. More money buys more screens at once, and a longer plan lowers the monthly cost. Twelve months adds free months and the player licence, and past that the plans are the same subscription.
Where the servers sit
Seven regions worldwide. Canadian traffic lands on the North American region, so the stream has a short trip to your TV, and the VPN in every plan keeps the login working from a hotel abroad.
When something needs fixing
Write to the WhatsApp number you ordered from. We check the stream, move you to another server, or send the fix for your player, in one conversation.
