Who we are
IPTVs Canada TV operates from 6214 10e Avenue, Montréal, QC H1Y 2H6, Canada. This policy covers iptvscanadatv.com and every subscription ordered through it.
What we keep
- Your WhatsApp number, and a first name if you give one.
- The plan you bought, with its start date and end date.
- Anonymous visit counts from Google Analytics.
The payment processor holds your card details; on our side an order is a plan, a date and an amount. We keep no record of the channels you open.
Why we keep it
- To create the subscription and send you the login.
- To answer questions and fix problems when they come up.
- So we can nudge you shortly before the plan runs out, if you asked us to.
- To see which pages get read, so the site improves.
Who else sees it
No marketing company, ever. The only places your details go are the web host, Google Analytics and the panel that creates the login.
For how long
Order records stay for the life of the plan and a reasonable period after it, for renewals and refunds. Analytics data is anonymous and expires on its own.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it wiped, all by WhatsApp. Federal privacy law and Québec's own privacy law grant these rights, and this policy takes none of them away.
Cookies
Only the analytics cookie that counts visits. It does not identify you, and the site works the same with it blocked.
