DMCA notice

IPTVs Canada TV sells access to streams run by third parties. Nothing is stored, recorded or broadcast by us, and what those operators transmit is not our decision.

We take copyright seriously. If you hold or represent a right in something reachable through this service, send a notice and you will hear back.

A notice has to include every item below before we can act on it:

• Your full name, a postal address, and an email address or phone number where we can reach you.
• The work you say is infringed.
• A description of the material you are complaining about, precise enough that we can find it without guessing.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, by an agent, or by law.
• A declaration that everything in the notice is correct and that you hold the right, or represent the person who does.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Post it to IPTVs Canada TV, 6214 10e Avenue, Montréal, QC H1Y 2H6, Canada, or send it through the contact page. A notice missing any item above is returned so it can be completed.

When a notice is complete we forward it to the operator running the stream and block access from our side wherever we are able to. The operator does the actual removal, because none of the material sits with us.

Think something was taken down by mistake? Send a counter-notice carrying your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the removal was wrong.

When complete notices keep arriving about the same account, that account is shut down and its login stops working.
